Founded in 2023 by Tamim Iqbal, Instructorium is a Dhaka-based course platform teaching engineering, growth marketing, design and content — taught by practitioners who do the work every day.
From Vision to Independence
Instructorium was born in 2023 as a focused initiative to empower Bangladeshi youth with high-demand digital skills.
In late 2023–early 2024, we became a fully independent platform under the sole ownership of Tamim Iqbal — an IT leader and AI developer by trade, who still builds the curriculum from real, shipped work.
That independence let us drop the broad curriculum and go all-in on premium, career-oriented courses — hands-on projects, real tools, and the same freelancing strategies our team uses on Upwork and Fiverr.
Our instructors are working engineers, marketers, designers and writers — no separate faculty, no theory divorced from practice.
Our Journey

We only teach what we'd be willing to ship to a real client. Every course is built around real-world projects, not hypothetical exercises. If a shortcut wouldn't survive a client review, it doesn't survive in the classroom either.
Bangladesh doesn't lack talent — it lacks proof of work. We want Instructorium to be the place a self-taught developer or marketer in Dhaka goes to turn skill into a paying client relationship or a job offer, the same way our own team did.
